You can purchase tickets online directly from the site (no service fee).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>By check:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Click the\u00a0<b>\u201cContact Us\u201d<\/b>\u00a0tab, fill out the required information, and submit the form. A luncheon committee member will contact you. After that, please send your payment by check. Once we receive it, your tickets will be mailed to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You may also contact a luncheon committee member directly if you prefer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Refunds on your tickets<\/strong><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u25cfSomething came up and I no longer am able to attend the event. Can I get my money back?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For a refund, your request for cancellation must be received by June 7<sup>th<\/sup>, 2019. (6\/7\/2019)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Religion and gender of attendees<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfCan men attend the luncheon?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luncheon is open to anyone regardless of religion or gender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Childcare<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfDo you provide childcare?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Unfortunately, we do not provide any childcare assistance at this moment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Seats<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfI want to sit with my friends. Are seats pre-assigned?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yes, you can sit with your friends. No, all seats are unassigned. Please get seats for you and your friends after we open the door. (9:45AM~)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lunch box<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfWhat is the lunch menu? Do you offer special menus for those with allergies?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The lunch boxes are catered by a local Japanese restaurant. No alternatives are available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Taking pictures\/Shooting video<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfMay I take pictures \/ shoot video at the event site?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pictures and videos are allowed only before and after the program. Please honor our request not to take pictures\/videos during the program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Donations\/Contributions<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfDo you ask us for donations\/contributions at the event site other than the ticket fee?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yes. During the luncheon there will be an opportunity to make donations to help cover the expenses. The luncheon is financed from the ticket sales and your donations. It is getting more difficult financially each year to hold our event because of the rise in cost. We appreciate your generous donations. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">All donations and contributions are voluntary.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to make donations\/contributions<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfI wanted to give a donation at the event but I didn\u2019t bring cash. How can I make a donation?<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We accept donations\/contributions by check payable to JCWL. For donations\/contributions made by check, a receipt will be sent for your records at a later date. For cash donations\/contributions, receipts will be sent upon request. If you request a receipt, please make sure to fill in your name, address and the amount on the envelope provided on your table.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Japanese Christian Women\u2019s Luncheon is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donations\/contributions are tax deductible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Soliciting<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> \u25cfI don\u2019t want to be invited to go to church.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Guest speakers and Luncheon committee members will not impose their beliefs on you.
